Guinea pigs LOVE to cuddle and have fun. But what is "fun" and what is "unsafe"? For instance, putting a towel down in a decent-sized cardboard box with toys and some food is a perfect way to let your guinea pig run around without it getting under the bed. Always put a towel down when letting your guinea pig run because they will pee/poop on your bed/floor/rug/table and might stain it. If you want to take your piggy outside to get some fresh air, make sure when you bring him/her out that you have a nice secure spot to hold/put your piggy down. Always have a fence or gate blocking him/her from escaping into the "unknown".
